Overview
The Lean Six Sigma (LSS) White Belt training teaches the fundamentals of process improvement and the key tools that are available. It is primarily for anyone who wants to learn more about how process improvement methodologies can lead to change and efficiency. It is broken down into phases that focus on Improvement Philosophy, Identifying Waste in Processes, Process Improvement Frameworks, Process Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, Engaging with Stakeholders, Creativity and Solution Finding, and Delivering to Customer Requirements and Maintaining Improvements. Delegates will learn the main principles of LSS and have a go at key tools within that phase that can help deliver improvement, change and process efficiency.
