Governance
ALPSP is a not-for-profit organization and is governed by the board of directors which is responsible for the management of the business and provides strategic direction.
Our organization, people and structure
The board comprises the chair, the chair-elect (if any), the treasurer, committee chairs, special skills directors (if any), up to four non-executive directors and the chief executive. With the exception of directors who are appointed, including the treasurer and chief executive, directors are elected from and by the ALPSP membership. They have a range of skills and experience, reflecting the diversity of opinion within our scholarly community.
We encourage members to get involved through serving on our board, committees and working groups.
