The Board of Directors is responsible for the management of ALPSP’s business and provides strategic direction for the organization. It comprises the Chair, the Chair-Elect (if any), the Treasurer, committee chairs, special skills directors (if any), up to four non-executive directors and the CEO.

With the exception of directors appointed, which include the Treasurer and CEO, ALPSP directors are elected from and by the membership. They have a range of skills and experience which reflect the diversity of opinion within the scholarly community.
