ALPSP’s members are invited to a virtual meeting chaired by Louise Russell, Tutton Russell Consulting, to discuss the ongoing effects and impact of the war in Ukraine on scholarly communications.

We will hear from Nick Rushby, Former Editor of Education and Self Development and Maryna Nazarovets, Visiting Researcher, TIB Leibniz Information Center for Science and Technology and Chief Librarian, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, who have recently published articles within Learned Publishing, regarding the challenges for an international journal based in Russia and Scientific publishing sanctions in response to the Russo-Ukrainian war.

There will be a Q&A section at the end of presentations and an optional networking time at the end for informal discussion.
