Jen Mellor is Head of Operations at Manchester University Press, with a background in academic bookselling with Blackwell's and production at MUP before moving into Operations into 2023. Jen's key responsibilities are MUP's systems and operational workflows for content and metadata distribution, and she is part of MUP's working groups for Digital, OA, AI, Discoverability and Accessibility. She is a member of the EvenUP Accessibility working group and the PA Artificial Intelligence Taskforce.
