Micah Kleit has served as the director of Rutgers University Press since 2016. Previously he worked at several other university and scholarly presses, including Teachers College Press, Temple University Press, the University of Minnesota Press, and Beacon Press. He started out in publishing as an undergraduate intern in 1989, showing that universities teach and change lives in important and unexpected ways.
