Our client, a global provider of medical knowledge, education, journals, books, and digital solutions for healthcare professionals, requires a new Head of Product Management (Senior Director level) to lead the product management function across its International Business product streams.

 

The position will be based in the USA, ideally in the New York tri-state area or nearby.

 

Reporting to the SVP, based in New York, we are seeking a leader who can operate across the healthcare and medical education markets in the US and India. Your personal profile will include excellent relationship-building and leadership skills across organisational units and cultures, together with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong drive to deliver results. In this newly created role, you will lead the client’s product management teams in the USA and India, with a strong focus on digital products, balancing customer needs while leveraging the organisation’s global technology platform.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Implement and expand the recently approved International Business strategy, with a focus on the US and India, to achieve ambitious growth objectives.
2. Lead and empower product management teams based in New York and Noida/New Delhi, developing products and content for the medical education, patient care, and pharmaceutical markets.
3. Work closely with the global platform development and maintenance teams to ensure market requirements are understood and incorporated into the organisation’s global platform roadmap.
4. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the client organisation, including marketing, sales, and production teams, to successfully launch products in international markets.
