Laura Paglione

Laura Paglione brings expertise in software development, global research infrastructure, and federated identity management. As ORCID’s founding Technical Director, Laura launched and directed the member and user offerings for the platform that grew to serve over 5 million users within its first six years. In positions at the Kauffman Foundation, Ford Motor Company and Avid Technology, she created and executed business and technical launch plans for new ventures. Laura has an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
