Dennis Lloyd has been Director of the University of Wisconsin Press since 2015. Over the past three decades he has worked at six different university presses (Illinois, Kentucky, Pittsburgh, Alabama, Florida, and Wisconsin). Starting in acquisitions and shifting to advertising, he later oversaw the sales and marketing departments at three different presses. His current acquisitions responsibilities include fiction, poetry, and film studies. He is the current President of the Association of University Presses.
