Erin Hill-Parks

Erin Hill-Parks works in the ScienceDirect AI team at Elsevier, developing the individual researcher subscription programme. Previously, Erin worked in Product Operations for ScienceDirect, as well as establishing the reporting system for Elsevier’s gender, race, and ethnicity data, working with universities and funders on research impact reports, and managing pharmacology books. She holds a PhD from Newcastle University and an MA from Georgetown University in media and communications.
