A creative and results driven Director of Customer Content Marketing with a proven track record of delivering effective content marketing strategies across a diverse range of products and regions within B2B and B2C publishing. Began her academic publishing career at SAGE Publishing managing the marketing strategies for a list of social science journals and key society accounts, then moved to the world of Open Access marketing to head up a team focused on driving submission growth and author retention. This took her to Wiley next where she spent a year leading an OA regional marketing team focused on growing reach and submissions in priority areas and then over to her content focused role to create engaging content to draw in new author audiences and nurture them through the funnel to conversion.
