Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, UK – 29th May 2019 - Global fulfillment service provider, Turpin Distribution, has expanded its international service offering by acquiring Publisher Promotion & Fulfillment (PPF) from EBSCO.

Turpin is enhancing its US client services team to ensure a smooth transfer of business to its offices in New Milford, Connecticut. As part of the transition, one former and two current members of the PPF leadership team take on exciting new roles at Turpin, further supporting the transition and providing a strong foundation for a smooth and successful 2020 subscription renewal season:

- Meg Waites, PPF’s Director of Sales and Marketing, joins Turpin as Director of Operations, North America and will relocate to the New Milford, CT office. Meg has over twenty years’ service with EBSCO.
- Heather Bean, PPF’s Director of Client Services, joins Turpin as Head of Publisher Services, North America.
- Don McClain, former Head of Business Development at PPF, joins Turpin as Head of Publisher Relations, North America and will work alongside Meg, Heather and the New Milford Customer Services team.
