At Jisc we are distributing a survey to Small and Medium Publishers (SMPs) consulting on barriers to Open Access. We are asking SMPs to partake and provide feedback about the impact of Plan S and the transition to open access to their organisations.

We are interested to hear about:

• How your scholarly publishing models will be affected by the transition
• The challenges you anticipate encountering as you work to become compliant with the Plan S principles
• The work you have done so far to support the scholarly community’s move towards open access

The results of the survey will be analysed to identify and share existing best practice amongst SMPs and to produce a series of recommendations on how stakeholders, such as cOAlition S, can support your transition to OA.
