The Chair of the House of Lords Science and Technology Select Committee has written to the Prime Minister and the Chancellor, expressing concern about recent and suggested cuts to science research funding.  

Concerns relate to:

• Funding for the UK’s association to Horizon Europe
• Cuts to Official Development Assistance
• Funding shortfalls for medical research charities
• Long term stability of R&D funding.
