Smaller independent publishers face challenges in providing the data to inform the negotiations with libraries and library consortia for Read and Publish, Subscribe to Open, Pure Publish, Publish and Read agreements, etc.

We would like your input to inform the development of a minimum data template to facilitate these types of Open Access agreements.
