The Post Implementation Review (PIR) of the Legal Deposit Libraries (Non-Print Works) Regulations 2013 has now been published by the UK Government.

The PIR calls for consultation around increasing access to the UK Web Archive and harmonisation of the legislation with UK copyright law. The consultation may also be broadened to look at open content included in Legal Deposit materials. The form and timing of this consultation has yet to be agreed.
