The Texas Tech University Libraries is a member of the Association of Research Libraries and Founding Member of the Texas Digital Libraries. Texas Tech is a recognized Tier One research institution and the Libraries' are the fourth largest in the state. The Texas Tech University Press reports to the Dean of the Libraries.
