The Association of Learned & Professional Society Publishers is delighted to announce the shortlist for the ALPSP Awards for Innovation in Publishing 2016. The finalists will showcase their products at the ALPSP Conference on Wednesday 14 September. The winners will then be announced at the Conference Awards Dinner on Thursday 15 September.

Chair of the judging panel, David Sommer, said:
‘We were delighted to receive more than forty submissions for this year’s Awards of incredible breadth and depth. After careful consideration, we have selected a shortlist which we believe includes some of the most significant products and projects which are challenging the norm in scholarly communications and helping to transform publishing.’

About the ALPSP Awards for Innovation in Publishing
The ALPSP awards are open to any new development, product, service, launch or project which is both innovative and of significant value to scholarly communication. The winners must demonstrate excellence in terms of originality and innovation, significance and value to the community, utility and long-term viability.
