Kate Pearson is Office & Business Development Manager at The Editorial Hub, where she plays a leadership role in organisational strategy, people management and sustainable growth. She has over 20 years’ experience in scholarly publishing, having held editorial roles at Taylor & Francis, IOP Publishing and Bioscientifica, with a background spanning journal portfolio management, portfolio growth and development, people leadership, and supporting change in both society and commercial publishing environments. Kate is an ALPSP and STM mentor.
