Helen Hall is the Acquisitions and Inter-Library Loan Coordinator at the University of Liverpool, with over 30 years’ experience in academic libraries. Starting in customer services, she has always worked closely with students and staff to improve access to resources. In her current role, she oversees inter-library loans, one off purchases and accessibility related requests. Her work provides direct, front-line insight into how publisher practices and licensing impact student access to academic content.
