Aiming to share best practices, discuss challenges, and support each other, this Special Interest Group is a network of professionals involved in editorial board engagement.
Key aims:
- Discuss best practices for editor engagement and management
- Reduce silos and share experiences across publishers
- Network and develop professional relationships
Audience
Aimed at those whose work includes editorial board member engagement (distinct from other contributors such as reviewers and authors)
Activities
Discussion topics include but are not limited to: Understanding and addressing editorial board member motivations and challenges, rewards and recognition, measuring and promoting diversity, organisational stakeholder engagement, publication ethics, and more.
