Building and improving diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility within an organization or workplace can be complex and involve many processes, programmes and initiatives. This group offers a forum to discuss and share experiences, best practice and advice with others within the ALPSP community.
What will the group discuss?
- How to create and update procedures, such as:
- Best practice for recruitment and induction
- Accessibility guidelines
- Ensure an international perspective supporting cultural differences
- Review any audits that need to be done to help inform decision making, for example:
- SDG analysis
- EDI/DEIA audits
- Accessibility audits
- Accessibility focus on technology.
