Juliet Harrison

Juliet is responsible for leading and managing institutional support, to maximise research and knowledge exchange impact and public engagement across Leeds Beckett University.

The role involves developing, evaluating and implementing changes to the University’s strategies, policies and procedures, initiating, managing and delivering guidance and training to academic staff on how to understand, assess and collect evidence of the external impact of their research, and identifying possibilities for non-academic dissemination, engagement, and impact, at all stages of the research process.

Her previous experience is within Academic Publishing, where she worked as Head of Content Acquisition at F1000 Research, and prior to this, managed the Business and Management Publishing team at Emerald Publishing.
