Dr Jo Wixon is Director of External Analysis for Wiley’s global journals portfolio. Over 24 years in publishing, she has developed journals, expanded portfolios, built successful society partnerships, and provided strategic insights and strategy planning facilitation to Editors, Societies, Associations and Wiley’s journals business.

Jo is driven by improving the sharing of research within and beyond academia to increase impact, and achieve the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. For ALPSP she is also Vice Chair of the Membership & Marketing Committee and was a founding co-Chair of the SDGs and Publishing SIG. She is a HESI SDG Publishers Compact Fellow, has worked in STM’s Social Responsibility Lab and EASE’s Environment & Sustainability Committee, and is a Council member for EASE.
