Katy Snell

Katy has worked in the publishing industry for over 16 years. A senior HR leader with extensive strategic and operational experience in all aspects of HR. Katy is used to working in challenging and complex environments and leading businesses through significant change. She is a Chartered member of the CIPD and has an MBA from Bradford School of Management. Katy is currently Group Head of People at Emerald Publishing, where she is responsible for HR, L&D and Internal Communications on a global scale, and plays a key role in ensuring an inclusive culture where diversity and individuality is valued.
