Jo Lacey has over two decades’ experience in environmental sustainability. She joined Sage in 2022, where she leads the development and execution of the global sustainability strategy and net zero roadmap. Her career began at a UK government-funded organisation, managing national energy efficiency and renewable projects. Jo went on to hold a range of positions, including running her own environmental consultancy.

Driven by a passion for addressing climate change, Jo believes that collaboration and partnership are key to accelerating the development of innovative and pragmatic solutions. Her commitment is to help create sustainable and ethical businesses, ensuring a positive impact for the future.
