Maria Zalm

Maria Zalm is a Senior Editor and Team Manager of the PLOS Publication Ethics team, where she is involved in publication ethics case handling, editorial decision making, policy making, and outward facing publication ethics efforts including workshops and working groups. Her interests include image integrity and communication of publication ethics and research integrity concerns. Prior to joining PLOS, Maria worked as an editor with the BMC Series. Maria holds an MSc in molecular medicine and an PhD in biomolecular science.
