Prior to Maverick, Lynsey spent 16 years in international leadership roles at Taylor & Francis, ultimately serving as Global Peer Review Director. In this capacity, she managed manuscript processing on a global scale, led the implementation of submission systems, and spearheaded the development of new content assessment capabilities including reviewer selection, subject matter expert services, and the creation of a comprehensive reviewer recruitment and training program.
