Godwyns Onwuchekwa was formerly Head of Communities at eLife, where he led initiatives to promote inclusivity, equity, and diversity in open science. With a strong background in community advocacy and engagement—particularly in public health, social justice, and cross-sector collaboration—he has worked to amplify underrepresented voices and advance globally inclusive approaches to science communication and research. He is now Principal Consultant at Global Tapestry Consulting, supporting organisations to strengthen community engagement and impact.
