Tammy Hanna, PhD, is Chief Publications Officer at FASEB and BioCore: A Scholarly Publishing Consortium, where she leads publishing strategy across a portfolio of biological and biomedical journals. She also helps guide the Trust Seal, a community-led initiative organized by BioCore to recognize publications adopting best practices for trustworthy science, with trust indicators designed to be visible to humans and machine-readable by emerging AI-driven research tools. Tammy holds a PhD from Cornell University.
