Sara Crowley Vigneau is the Partnerships Lead at Zendy, where she works with publishers, libraries, and research organisations to improve global access to scholarly content through technology, licensing innovation, and responsible AI‑powered discovery. She specialises in partnership strategies that help mission‑driven publishers strengthen visibility, metadata quality, and discoverability in an increasingly AI‑influenced research environment.

Before joining Zendy, Sara worked with Springer Nature and Wiley on global research access, digital transformation, and emerging‑market engagement. Her work also includes collaborations with mission‑driven organisations such as UNESCO and the World Bank, with a focus on accessible AI, AI equity, and AI literacy across diverse research communities.

Sara collaborates closely with independent and university presses, as well as emerging research communities. She is a speaker at Charleston Conference Asia and an active member of the ALPSP community, having served as both a mentor and a mentee. She brings a cross‑sector perspective that bridges publishing values with platform realities, emphasising transparency, rights awareness and sustainable innovation.
