Simon Linacre

Simon is currently Chief Commercial Officer at Cabells. His previous roles have included Head of Content, Brand and Press at Digital Science and Executive Publisher at Emerald, where he had direct experience in journal acquisitions, open access and business development. Simon has also been a Co-opted Trustee of COPE, has published in academic journals on the topics of bibliometrics and knowledge transfer and is the author of ‘The Predator Effect’. Simon holds Masters degrees in Philosophy and International Business and has global experience lecturing to researchers on publishing strategies.
