Mireille has worked in academic publishing for over 20 years, with a rich experience in society partnerships, publishing strategy, editorial engagement, and global team leadership. As Director, Society & Partner Management, Mireille leads a team working directly with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen Springer Nature's partnership programme. Prior to joining Springer Nature, Mireille worked in partner-focused and leadership roles at Oxford University Press, Palgrave Macmillan, and Elsevier. Mireille is currently based in New Jersey, USA but lived and worked in Greece, Spain, and began her publishing career in the United Kingdom.
