Mina Roussenova

Mina is currently a Project Manager for Strategic Projects and Publishing Innovation at Karger Publishers. She is responsible for a portfolio of high-value projects, as well as the development and execution of strategic plans for product and service innovation to enable the successful delivery of Karger’s publishing strategy. Prior to this Mina worked at the Royal Society of Chemistry and Frontiers, where she held a variety of leadership roles. She has over 10 years’ publishing experience across commercial and society publishing, with a strong track record in strategy development and execution, performance management, publishing development, content acquisition and editorial. Mina is passionate about publishing, Open Research and empowering individuals and teams towards top performance. Mina is also a Mentor within the ALPSP Mentorship Program.
