Jen O'Shaughnessy-Beal

With close to 20 years in scholarly publishing, Jen has a focus on setting up and developing successful communications, engagement, and content marketing programs. Having held leadership positions in Wiley’s PR, Corporate Communications and Marketing, and Editor Engagement teams, she brings experience of internal and external communication and engagement strategy, messaging development, content marketing strategy, audience and brand perception research, change management, and training development.

 

Jen has a degree in Broadcast Journalism and a Diploma in Public Relations, and is a certified PROSCI Change Management Practitioner.
