Kate brings these 25 years of experience to the fore in the areas of team cohesion, sustainable cultures, organisation development, change management, leadership and management development. Kate holds an MBA, and postgraduate studies in HRM, Coaching, and Psychology. Her professional qualifications include executive education focused on Transformational Leadership, she is an EMCC Accredited coach, LUMA facilitation practitioner and a certified PROSCI practitioner in change management.
