Rod Cookson

Rod is Publishing Director of The Royal Society, the UK's national academy for science. He previously ran IWA Publishing, one of the first learned society publishers to completely transition its journals to Open Access, and before that ran the Medical, Bioscience and Environmental Science journal programmes of Taylor & Francis. He has been a Director of OASPA and of ALPSP, and a Council Member of the Society Publishers’ Coalition.
