Margaret Crosby-Arnold

I am an historian of late-Early Modern and Modern European History in wider world perspective with a particular interest in law and society, comparative constitutionalism, war and society, empires, gender, early modern globalization and revolutions. Over the last years at Columbia University, I have been posted, specifically, to work toward developing a new subfield of research on the history of diversity in Europe. My research has been published widely and disseminated around the world.
