Claire DeMarco

Claire DeMarco is spearheading a strategic initiative to reimagine the Information and Technical Services (ITS) division of Harvard Library through an inclusive, person-centered, results-oriented framework. As part of a new, broader Discovery and Access portfolio, Claire is also developing strategic opportunities to expand the application of user research across Harvard Library. With UX principles grounded in universal accessibility, Claire's approach relies on an innovative content strategy framework. Claire has presented at national conferences for organizations including the Coalition for Networked Information, the Digital Library Federation, Electronic Resources & Libraries, and Designing for Digital.
