Inspired Search & Selection, a leading specialist in recruitment and executive search for publishing and the creative industries, has launched Inspired Executive Coaching, offering bespoke coaching programmes for professionals from first-time managers through to board-level leaders. 

The launch reflects growing demand from organisations looking to develop leadership capability, retain high-potential talent and support leaders through a period of significant change. As businesses navigate AI, digital transformation, mergers and acquisitions, changing workforce expectations and increasing commercial pressures, more is being asked of managers and leaders than ever before. 

Inspired Executive Coaching offer a curated collective of qualified and experienced coaches, enabling organisations and individuals to access specialist coaching tailored to their specific needs, goals and career stage. 

Alongside its commercial coaching programmes, Inspired will donate 10% of profits to the newly established Inspired Coaching Fund, providing funded coaching opportunities for individuals from underrepresented backgrounds who would not otherwise have access to professional coaching.

The Inspired Coaching Fund will open for applications in early 2027, supporting emerging talent and future leaders across publishing and the wider creative industries. 

Inspired Executive Coaching is available now for individuals and organisations seeking support with leadership development, career progression, talent retention, succession planning, organisational change and career transition, inclusive of outplacement and entering retirement.
