Paul Dixon is CTO of LibLynx. He has worked in electronic publishing for over 33 years, from the early years of multimedia CD-ROMs to streaming music and video delivery. Paul co-founded LibLynx in 2014 to provide access management and analytics services. When he's not busy with that, he enjoys hiking the Lake District and Pennine Way!
