Sophia has been working in scholarly publishing for almost 20 years. She is currently Chief Executive of BJU International where she has overall responsibility for the journals and online education publishing programmes for urologists. Sophia is a Director of ALPSP, Chair of the ALPSP Training Committee and co-Chair of the NISO Transfer standing committee. Previously, she worked at the British Institute of Radiology as Director of Publishing and at the Royal Society of Chemistry in a variety of editorial roles.
