Miranda Ashby-Wood

Miranda has worked in scholarly publishing for over a decade and currently serves as Head of Publishing (Development) at the British Institute of Radiology (BIR) where she leads the strategic development of the BIR’s publishing department. She also leads the BIR as a member of the Senior Management Team, working closely with the BIR Chief Executive and Board of Trustees, with experience in organisation-wide decision making and strategic development. Miranda is a Director for ALPSP, Chair of the ALPSP Education Committee, and a Tutor for the ALPSP course “Commissioning content: Working with authors and editors
