Tom Ciavarella

Tom oversees government relations and advocacy in the United States and Canada for Frontiers, focusing on public policy in support of Open Science initiatives generally and Gold Open Access in particular. He is formerly manager of Publisher Relations for the Web of Science Group, part of Clarivate, and runs Smarter Learning, a consultancy that works with startups and STM publishers. He lives in Chicago.
