Senior Consultant

Heather Ruland Staines is Senior Consultant, Delta Think, also Director of Community Engagement, Data & Analytics Tool. She held previous roles at the MIT Knowledge Futures Group, Hypothesis, ProQuest, and SpringerNature. She is a frequent participant in industry events, including SSP, Charleston, CSE, ISMTE, ALPSP, Force11, and STM. She is a COUNTER Board member and serves on NISO’s Transfer Committee, NASIG’s Digital Preservation Committee, and STM’s Futurelab. She earned a Ph.D. in Military History from Yale University.
