Soraya Martínez-Krüger is a product and publishing professional with over a decade of experience at the intersection of scholarly communications, editorial workflows, and product digital platforms. She has developed her career at organisations such as Elsevier, Clarivate, and Wiley through PA Editorial, where she has led complex initiatives in content operations, platform migrations, and product strategy.

Her work focuses on improving the way scientific content is structured, managed, and delivered at scale, with particular expertise in editorial systems, peer-review workflows, and research integrity. She has led cross-functional collaborations between editorial, product, and technology teams, translating operational complexity into scalable solutions.

Soraya holds Master’s degrees in Scientific Communication Research and Business and Institutional Communication, and actively contributes to advancing the scholarly ecosystem through her involvement with ALPSP, C4DISC, and the Alliance for Scientific Integrity.

Outside of her professional work, she is a dedicated competitive swimmer, bringing the same discipline, resilience, and focus to the pool as she does to her professional career.
