Alex Hardy

Alex Hardy is a lawyer and business advisor who has worked in the publishing, media and content industries for 20 years. Alex advises clients on copyright and commercial matters and works as a consultant General Counsel for several publishing companies in Australia and the UK.  

Alex is a member of the ALPSP Policy Committee, an Associate Member of the Australian Publishers Association and a non-executive director of the Therapeutic Guidelines. Prior to establishing Adpara Advisory in Melbourne, Australia in 2022, she worked in London as the General Counsel of Hachette UK and as a Partner at media and entertainment law firm, Harbottle & Lewis LLP.
