Dr. Toby Graham is University Librarian and Associate Provost at the University of Georgia directing five campus libraries visited more than 3 million times annually, along with the UGA Press and the Georgia Review literary journal. He previously led the University’s rare book and manuscript library and Georgia’s statewide cultural heritage digitization program. Relevant to this occasion, he is a university press author having published his book on racial segregation in public libraries with the University of Alabama Press.
