ALPSP Project Manager

Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within ALPSP for an experienced project manager. This is a busy, high-volume, although friendly environment, that will suit an organised person. We are looking for someone with a good eye for detail and plenty of team spirit.

ALPSP (www.alpsp.org) is the international trade body which represents not for profit publishers and those organisations who work with them.  ALPSP provides information, training and advice and represents the industry to policy and decision makers worldwide - helping to strengthen the scholarly publishing community and ensure the continued success of our industry.

Reporting to the CEO, you will be adept at managing and overseeing the implementation of a CRM/CMS project. You will have extensive experience in project management methodologies and technologies, and a familiarity with the full systems development lifecycle.

The project manager will help to minimise cost and implementation risks, and provide the required liaison, documentation and everyday management of ALPSP’ new CRM/CMS project. This role must ensure that the project is risk managed, budgeted effectively and delivered in a timely manner.
