Date and time

Tuesday 7 February 2017, online at 15:00-16:00 GMT (London); 16:00-17:00 Europe (CEST)

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is due to come into effect in all member states of the European Union (EU) from 25 May 2018. Billed as the biggest shake up of European data protection laws in a generation, all members should take action now to be prepared. In this free member webinar, our team of experts will talk through the key areas you need to consider.
They will provide:

  • an overview of the legislation and how it relates to countries within and outside of the EU (including in a post-Brexit UK)
  • the implications and risks of not being prepared
  • how it will impact on internal policies, procedures and workflows
  • what even the smallest of organizations need to be thinking and doing now to be prepared.

Who should attend

This is essential viewing for anyone who is involved in systems and internal policies relating to data held on individuals by your company. It will also be of interest to senior staff including Directors and Departments Heads to ensure they understand the cross-organizational implications and who in your company should be preparing for the implementation.
